ACLA Family Gaming Trunks
Want to borrow a gaming trunk? Here's how!
- download, print and sign (and get your director to sign) the Family Gaming Trunks Agreement form (below)
- Reserve your dates on the Gaming Trunk calendar
- include all information in the event listing: specify which gaming trunk you'd like; name of librarian and library, contact information and pick-up and drop-off times
- be sure someone can pick-up and drop-off the trunk between 9 AM and 4 PM at the ACLA offices. Email Kelley and Charity to alert them of your pick-up and drop off-times.
- Pick up the trunk on the reserved date
- Check the inventory with ACLA staff
- Enjoy the fun!
- Return the trunk to the ACLA offices on proposed date
- Check the inventory with ACLA staff
- Repeat for additional fun!

Conditions to Borrow Trunk
- reserve 1 (or more) family gaming trunks on the ACLA Gaming wiki calendar by filling in all necessary information:
- name of librarian picking up and dropping off trunk
- contact information (cell/home and work)
- pickup and drop-off times
- email both Charity Leonette and Kelley Beeson to alert us of your pick-up and drop-off times
- agree to pick up and return the family gaming trunk to the ACLA offices between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (holidays excepted)
- ask an ACLA staff member to verify the trunk inventory upon pick-up and drop-off
- return all the trunks’ items in working order and understand that your library will be financially responsible for any item in the trunk that is missing or broken
- procure AA batteries for the wii remotes while in use at your library

Using this kit was a huge success, despite my technical difficulties the kids had a ton of fun and they can't wait for more Wii programs!
